Pelican lodge is located in the Rift Valley, within Lake Elementaita and opposite the Soysambu conservancy. The lodge is 125kilometers from Nairobi, 2 hours by road by road and 15 minutes by air through the Soysambu airstrip. It is named after pelican birds found in this area and is set on a unique environment above Lake Elementaita where one can experience sunse’s views. It is closely located near the Hells gate national park, Nakuru National Park which is a 20 minutes drive away, the Lake Naivasha Crescent Island and many other sites located nearby. Bird watching, horse riding, swimming, boat riding, game drives, sundowners and nature walks are some of the activities one can involve in while at the lodge

Enhols Rating: 9/10Pelican Lodge is luxurious and has ten exclusive cottages, six double and four twin rooms. Each of the accommodations have telephone connections and three of them have outside showers. They have king size beds, balconies, and tea making facilities. Pelican lodge has a spacious 40 seater restaurant with fantastic views over the Lake Elementaita. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pelican lodge has a 20 sitter state of the art conference room that has a projector, a Television, wireless internet, writing materials and flip charts all used for meetings, events and conferences.
