Hotel Overview
Leopard Rock Lodge is an upmarket ecological safari lodge bordering the Murera springs, on the shores of Tana River in Meru National Park. It overlooks a tropical river, home to hippos, crocodiles and a large bird species. It is surrounded by doum palms, wild fig trees and euphorbias. It was founded by George & Joy Adamson famous for baby lioness that was brought up and released at the Tana River Place.Leopard Rock prides itself in offering High Class service never seen before in the bush.

Enhols Rating: 7.8/10Leopard Rock Lodge provides 15 en suite cottages individually styled in safari design. They all overlook the bush, river and the extensive bird life. Guests can relax at the ‘Boma’ that overlooks a watering hole where animals come to refresh. They include hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, leopards, hippos, elephants and gerenuks. They also have the option of sun downers, game drives in open safari vehicles, guided walking safaris and a deep in the exclusive swimming pool. The Lodge is completely open to the wildlife. It is not uncommon to see giraffes, baboons, elephants and other animals roaming around the Lodge. You will also have the opportunity to hear the roar of lions during the night, a truly magical moment. We pride ourselves of having created a strong relationship with the wildlife. Nevertheless, Leopard Rock Lodge is completely secure thanks to our professionally trained guards.
Conferences
Leopard Rock Lodge offers modern conference facilities with a capacity of up to 30 pax. They also have a videotheque and Library services.
