Ololo safari lodge is a colonial farm house that blends the traditional atmosphere and style of bush living with the lavish lifestyle of contemporary living in a city hotel. It is on the southern border of the Nairobi National Park right across the Mbagathi river bridge at the Park. It is set on 20 acres piece of land with an amazing view of both the national park and the Ngong Hills and is covered in savannah vegetation suitable for plain game.

The lodge has 3 categories of rooms. The tree house, the tower house and the stables which are all built in traditional style and furnished with colonial pieces to give off a nostalgic but cozy ambience. There is a sitting area with an open fire place to warm at on chilly evenings, a bedroom ensuite with a bathtub, a terrace for romantic dinners or to relax from as you watch the African night sky. Guests can relax at the common lounge where they can interact with fellow guests over some drinks or African tea or coffee by the fire place or looking over at the unspoilt scenic surrounding or at the adjoining library to relax and enjoy a read from.
