Lake Nakuru lodge is set up on a hill and is popular with large groups of tourists who enjoy the views, bougainvillea lined pathways and rustic setting. It is attractively laid out and makes the most of wide-open location right in the centre of the game park. Lake Nakuru Lodge is approximately 160Km away from Nairobi and takes two hours to drive. Through air there is Naishi airstrip in the park that is next to the rhino sanctuary headquarters. The lodge is a wonderful site to stay since you will encounter with nature throughout the stay. Situated in the south eastern ecological niche of the park is the Lake Nakuru Lodge, an oasis of comfort and excellent services with commanding views of the lesser Flamingo interspersed with the Greater Flamingo for which Lake Nakuru is justly famous. It is another world for the visitors, where one easily forgets the hustle and bustle of the city. The lodge blends in well with the surroundings and the animals often browse peacefully close to the lodge and environs, much to the fascination of the visitors.

Lake Nakuru Lodge Accommodation
Enhols Rating: 8/10There is accommodation for 120 people, either in family rooms, cottages or suites. Accommodation is in 95 spacious deluxe rooms all which have sliding doors and en suite bathrooms. There are also 2 suites with a private veranda and a sitting area. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities for visitors and the materials used to build the Lake Nakuru Lodge are eco-friendly. The restaurant serves a great buffet and has a great view over the surrounding landscape with Mama Nikki bar offering a wide selection of drinks as well as entertainment. The cool upstairs Rhino Paddock cocktail bar overlooking the lake and guest enticing blue swimming pool can be particularly inviting.
