The staff seeks to provide guests with a unique experience reminiscent of the 1920s, when a safari trip epitomized adventure and romance.Off road game drives are offered, with professional and experienced guides. Cottars 1920’s Safari Camp has its own 6,000 acre private conservancy and is situated one kilometre from the Masai Mara game reserve. The location provides easy access for day and night game drives to the Masai Mara game reserve and the conservancy, game walks, and cultural interactions with the Masai community.

Cottars 1920’s Safari Camp Accommodation

Cottars 1920’s Safari Camp consists of white canvas tents, and can accommodate a total of only twelve guests at a time. The tents are furnished with antique furniture, and have private dressing rooms and bathrooms. There is an air of elegance, with lace-draped wooden trunks, brass gramophones, and richly colored upholstery. Additional beds for children are available. The bathrooms have flush toilets and old-fashioned showers. Guests can enjoy the view while relaxing on chaise-lounges or canvas rocking chairs. The camp has 10 tents in total (one unique honeymoon tent, five double tents and four family suites), all with en suite bathrooms.
