The Ocean Sports Resort is on Watamu Beach, about 20 km south of Malindi. This is one of the area’s oldest hotels, which was recently renovated and upgraded. The resort’s rooms are in low buildings set in a garden.

All of the rooms are air-conditioned, with twin or double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are simply furnished, with comforting cool colors, small architectural accents, and mosquito nets. There are also family room.A campsite is also available; guests there have access to all of the hotel’s facilities. Deep sea fishing charters are available, or you can water ski, or take a sea kayak out on to Watamu bay. You can also stay on land and play tennis or squash. You can watch birds, forest wildlife, or snakes, or explore the 15th century Swahili ruins near Malindi.
