Swimbo House is 90 mins by road from Mombasa and 20 mins by road from Malindi. Close to the hotels, a minute’s walk by your own private access to the main beach and with fabulous sea views, this is a great place to entertain friends and family or just to escape for a romantic weekend. The house has a simple ‘sandy’ garden with mature trees and beautiful shrubs. It’s all about the view here which is breathtaking. Watch out for monkeys ‘ they are quite bold here and mustn’t be fed. Snorkelling, reef dives, sailing, kite-surfing, kayaking, beach walks, and birding are activities to do here.

Swimbo House Accommodation
Swimbo House is made up of the main house and guest annexe which can accommodate up to eight people comfortably. The main house has two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, mosquito nets and overhead fans. The guest house has a further two double rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the second which shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. There is a cosy inside living area opening onto the terrace where the view out to sea is stunning. Here you will find a small TV with a DVD player available in the air-conditioned TV room/study. The house also has a small plunge pool on the terrace and a private beach access path leading down to the white sands of the Watamu Marine Park.
